Gram Cafe is one of many places that have modern Japanese cafe dishes. They range from Premium Pancakes to Wagyu Beef Curry.

My favorite dishes at Gram Cafe are the Brown Sugar Boba Premium Pancakes & the Azuki Matcha Pancakes.

The Brown Sugar Boba Premium Pancakes are stacked soufflé pancakes coated in an Earl Grey Créme Anglaise and topped with brown sugar boba. It has a cloud-like texture when you cut into it and a light, eggy flavor that pairs well with the Earl Grey Créme Anglaise and brown sugar boba.

The Azuki Matcha Pancakes are matcha pancakes layered with matcha Mascarpone cream. The pancakes get topped with raspberries, whipped cream, white chocolate, and matcha powder. On the side are a raspberry sauce, red bean, and Shiratama, a Japanese mochi with a similar texture to boba. The pancakes have an almost mochi-like texture that blends perfectly with the Mascarpone and toppings.

Gram Cafe sets a high standard for pancakes. It succeeds at some of the most intimidating and precise yet delicious dishes I have had.
