Classic Margherita - Personal 9"

I don't go to Squaw Valley Ski Resort often, but when I do, it's nice to grab a hot slice of pizza with friends fresh off the slopes.

My all-time favorite pizza is their Classic Margherita.

The Classic Margherita is a thin crust pizza with tomato sauce, diced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil olive oil, and fresh basil. A hot slice of this on a cold day is the next best thing compared to hot chocolate.

If you have the time to visit Squaw Valley Ski Resort or one of the Fireside Pizza Company's chains. It will be worth a slice of any of their pizzas or other Italian dishes.
